Crayola

Disclosure:  I was given products in this post for the purpose of review.  I was not paid in anyway to write this review, all opinions are my own.
This post is part of my 2014 Holiday guide! Over the next few weeks I will be posting amazing companies, recipes, deals and so much more to help make your holiday easier, fun and exciting. I was born in 1987.  A time when Christmas gifts consisted of Care Bears, My Little Ponies, Pokemon Cards and the horrible yet fun Wonder Ball candy.  I think I got an easy bake oven every Christmas and my mom would always buy me some sort of creepy looking doll I believe her name was Raggedy Ann.  Betty Boop PJ's from my grandparents, Clifford and Bernstein Bear Books from my aunt.
I lost every Nano pet I ever received, cut all my trolls hair, slammed my etch A sketch, got all my pogs wet and I'm sorry Luke (My brother) I did hide all your Banana in Pajamas.... THOSE THINGS WERE CREEPY!

The point I am trying to make is toys have changed quite a bit in a short period of time.  Some companies have stayed around and evolved and with each generation they adapt.

One of these companies is Crayola!  I don't care what age you are Crayola products are always a welcomed sight under the tree.  I remember as a kid getting a finger paint set with animal shaped sponges!  I LOVED it!  My sister still talks about the Crayola candle kit she got.

Crayola has and always will provide fun, engaging items that kids of all ages are sure to love and 2014 is no different!

I was sent several items to review and would like to take the time to talk about all of them.

First lets cover the smaller items:
Finger paint - Now in fun Neon colors!  Who doesn't love to get messy and make mom a one of kind drawling.
WaterColor paint- I remember these even when I was a little girl.  Easy to use and even easier to clean up.
Makers - Ultra Clean washable markers in max color.  They give colors and photos a whole new look, but still have that easy to wash trademark Crayola is known for.

colored pencils - Crayola colored pencils are always the best for school projects... At least that is what my 6 year old says :)

silly putty - I loved that it could glow!!

I always get my kids art supplies, they look forward to it every year.  To be honest so do I, I have gotten quite the collection of I LOVE YOU MOM cards and several photos of myself hand drawn by my little guys.

This year Crayola has done it again and made 2 more super fun products that kids are going to love!

Shadow FX Color Projector

Create and project your art anywhere with the Shadow FX Color Projector. Using Crayola's Shadow FX Color Projector, kids can redefine the term shadow play to involve fun colors, shadow cut outs, toys and even themselves!

Create Larger-than-Life Color Animations The Crayola Shadow FX Color Projector combines color, lights, and motion to provide a creative experience designed to surprise, captivate, and engage. Kids can create their own artwork with the Crayola gel FX markers on the panel, then use the tri-color light base to project shadows in color and create cool, larger-than-life animations. The base also holds the markers when not in use.

Add Cutouts, Toys, and More for Creative Storytelling To add an element of surprise to your custom light show, use the included shadow shapes or incorporate your own toys in the scene.
For even more possibilities, the Shadow FX Color Projector includes six light animation sequences.

Change Projection Size and Create Secondary Colors
You can adjust the distance of objects from the light base to make the projections appear larger or smaller. The red, yellow, and blue lights can also be blended to create secondary colors like orange and purple for your light show.
