My cousin Chris was my best friend growing up! He had a great heart and always had something nice to say. One of our favorite things to do was to play video games! Donkey Kong, Crash Bandicoot, Mario and Sonic were just a few of our favorites! I will never forget the happy dance we did the first time we conquered the entire Donkey Kong game. My cousin has since passed away, and those childhood memories are all I have left of him.
Every time my kids and I play a vintage (it is so weird to call games I played as a kiddo vintage) game I think of him
Now though video games are just the tip of the iceberg! They have games, clothing, toys and even TV shows surrounding their favorites games! When I saw there was a Sonic TV show I just knew I had to view it with my boys!
