Chicken Enchilada Recipe


 This is a super yummy and super easy recipe! 

What you need:
1lb boneless Chicken breast
6 soft tortilla shells
2 cans of Enchilada sauce
2 tablespoons of Butter
and Mexican cheese


Directions:
~Preheat oven to 400 degrees
~ Cut your chicken into cubes
~ Place cut up chicken and butter into a frying pan and cook until chicken is brown
~ Leave this in the pan and dump in some of your Enchilada sauce.  Enough to coat the chicken.  Mix until it is well blended and the sauce starts to get thicker.
~Your chicken is now ready to be placed in the shells.
~ Place a small amount of chicken in the middle of each of your shells and fold both sides over to cover chicken.  Place the folded part down onto the glass pan.
~ After all you chicken stuffed shells are in the pan take your Enchilada sauce and cover them with it.  Put as much or as little on as you please....  I'm sure you can see from my photo I put A LOT on :)
~ Now take your Mexican cheese and cover them.
~ Place aluminum foil on top of your glass pan, place in the oven for 20 minutes!
~ Now their done :)!!  Enjoy
