Children's Claritin
I have 2 announcements that I'm really excited to share with all of you! First off recently I was accepted to be a member of the 'Children's Claritin Mom Crew'!! And my 2nd announcement is I always was able to host my first Claritin Mom Crew party!
I recently hosted a Spring in Your Step party. My guest and I were treated to party prizes and were able to go over wellness activities to help in our everyday life.
I'm not sure how many of you have children with allergies, but its rough when your little one isn't feeling well. Going outside is horrible I'm always afraid if I skip a day dusting my little guy is going to get puffy eyes and a runny nose. Its nice to have products that help and that is what Children's Claritin does, its the #1 pediatrician recommended 24 hours non drowsy allergy medication!
So this party meant a lot to me. I was able to help my friends out whom also have children with seasonal allergies and I was able to better educate my friends who's children don't suffer for allergies.
So onto the party I decided to have a cook out. The weather last week was beautiful and since my little guy had Claritin I didn't have to worry about his allergies acting up.
I'm sure you can see above step one of the party was to entertain the kids. They had a blast eating hot dogs as the adults talked.
So I wont go to much into detail about the party, but I would love to share with you some things we learned about everyday wellness. As moms we take care of EVERYONE and its nice to take a few minutes of our time to work on us.
Exercise
Experts believe that a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity every day will help with wellness. It helps to control weight, boosts your mood/energy and combats health conditions.
Eating healthy
Yes I realize I had hot dogs at my party, but I didn't read the pamphlet until the party began so I felt like a ditz talking about eating healthy as I severed hot dogs!! We did all exchange emails though and agreed to send each other our favorite healthy recipe.
Pamper session
I'm sure we all know the benefits of taking a few minutes to pamper ourselves! It can be a bubble bath, painting our nails or even the rare nap. Just make sure to have some you time every once and awhile.
All these tips were great and my friends and I LOVED talking about them. After we were done I left the kids each take home an eye mask. I know 3 of the children there (My son being 1 of them) have horrible allergies. SO I know they will def. get a lot of use from the eye mask.
I want to thank Children's Claritin Mom crew for giving me the chance to host this party and get my friends together.
Disclaimer: I was given the products above in hopes that I would make a blog post. I was in no way paid to write this post. All opinions are my own.
