Whipped cream topping recipe

This is one of my favorite recipes.  The main reason is because its so yummy, but I also love how versatile it is.
You can use this as a cake icing, strawberries and whip cream and so much more.  I like putting it between 2 chocolate chip cookies!  So good :3
And the recipe I'm about to give you makes a lot.  I was able to icing a cake, give Quinn a strawberry snack, make a few chocolate chip cookie sandwiches and I even have a 
small amount left in a Tupperware container. (Which I froze)

Oh and yes I know my cake is not pretty, but it did taste good!

Whipped Cream topping
Need:
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 tsp vanilla ext.
4 tbsp Powdered Sugar

Directions:
In a large bowl beat cream until it forms soft peaks.
add the vanilla and sugar and beat until it forms stiff peaks..

Then your done!!  
Easy, right?!?!?
If you are wondering what a "stiff peak" looks like see my photo below.  This is when I was done mixing and getting ready to icing my cake.
