Baby's Journey review and giveaway

The 4th of July is almost here.  For me that means a huge cookout, fireworks and spending time with my family.  For Quinn it means mom is busy so time to run wild.  With so many people coming in and out its so easy for Quinn to attempt to get into places he should not be.  Normally my house is free for him to roam, but when others are here its tough.  They don't know to close the downstairs door.  And they don't realize you need to watch when you come inside and out because he will attempt to squeeze by.
As I'm cooking its tough for me to do all this.  And asking my hubby to keep an eye on him I may as well ask the dog to babysit for a few minutes.
So this year I decided to make my life a little easier and decide to put up a baby gate to block his exit!
Not only will this be great for parties, but also when the hubby and I want to lock our pups out of the main room.....  You have no clue how many times we were having family night and one of their tales knocked all the pieces off the board.  We wont even talk about the jenga mess lol

I wanted a gate that not only got the job done of blocking my entry way, but a gate that was also easy to move around.  Just because I want it in the family room today, doesn't mean I wont want to block off my bedroom and the hall tomorrow.
This is why I LOVE my new Baby's Journey one step gate!

Baby-proofing just got easier. The One Step Gate installs in less than 5 minutes with no tools required! The Step and Secure foot mechanism allows for instant pressure to fit in the opening with no thread adjustment needed. Accommodates doorways, hallways and stairs.  Its 32 inches high and can fit into an opening 30 inches to 46 inches.  The swinging gate makes it easy to walk through.  Not so easy that baby can figure it out.  There is a secure locking mechanism up top to prevent baby for escaping

This is only 1 of the amazing items offered by Baby's Journey!  They also have bath products, changing pads and travel accessories!

And today one lucky Simply Me reader has the chance to win the same gate I reviewed!  You must be 18+ and live in the continental USA.

  13. Oh how nice! We are starting to baby proof our home and need a gate for a drop off step in a doorway between our kitchen and family room. A gate would ensure our baby girl would stay in one room and not fall, get hurt. Thanks for the opportunity!

The cat's kinda spoiled so I am not so worried about the food dish but the box, EEEW! Then the gate would also work to keep her away from our wood burning stove after the summer.
