As I am typing this post I am waiting for workers to come finish my living room floor. So it seems ironic I am posting about home makeovers!! Any type of renovation can get expensive and minor things can quickly turn into huge headaches!

I moved into my house in 2007 since then I have redone my bathroom, put on a new roof, replaced my well (I live in the country), updated my entire kitchen, swapped panel for drywall and now we are ripping up carpet to put down hardwood flooring. So I have to agree! There are a lot of hiding cost to owning your own home.
