THE MAGIC SCHOOL BUS: HUMAN BODY review

THE MAGIC SCHOOL BUS: HUMAN BODY DVD +BOOK RELEASES SEPTEMBER 9th

With most kids already Back-in-School they are in learning mode.  Even though my kids go to school I still want to teach them at home.  I don't want it to feel like a classroom though, I want at home learning to be fun and I can do that with the special edition The Magic School Bus DVD and chapter book set! (Los Angeles, CA) Cinedigm (NASDAQ: CIDM) and Scholastic are releasing THE MAGIC SCHOOL BUS®: HUMAN BODY DVD +BOOK on September 9th.
For the first time, fans can own a special DVD and book bundle that teaches all about the amazing human body with Ms. Frizzle and The Magic School Bus gang. Based on the beloved children’s classic book line by Joanna Cole and Bruce Degen, this broadcast series explores everything from the tiniest cell to the largest galaxy using fun, kid-friendly adventures. Synopsis:

Explore everything from head to toe and in between with Ms. Frizzle, Liz and the rest of the gang in mind-blowing adventures that include For Lunch, Inside Ralphie, Flexes Its Muscles and Gets Planted.

My thoughts:
I LOVED The Magic School bus growing up and I couldn't wait to introduce it to my kids. The fact a book came with this review was a huge added bonus. I remember as a kid not only did I like the adventures, but also the learning. This wasn't like sitting in a classroom and getting fact after fact this was fun learning!

If you have read my other Magic school bus review you know that my all time favorite episode was when they shrunk the bus and explored the insides of a human body!  And that happens to be one of the episodes included in this DVD!!
I knew my kids would love the show and as a long time fan I also knew they would learn. The show was just as sweet and fun as a remember it to be. I got to see all my old favorite character and watch them explore and learn. If you have kids I would highly suggest this dvd.  Ms. Frizzle makes learning fun!  She will have kids everywhere wanting to learn more and explore :)
