Peanut-butter icing recipe Bake N Stuff Cupcake Pan

My grandmother was a baker.  She made a living making cakes and other bake goods for our community.  Sadly I didn't inherit her skills, if not for cool gadgets and devices I wouldn't be able to bake a thing.

Recently I was contacted to review a Bake N Stuff Cupcake Pan, its a pan that allows me to make stuff-able cupcakes!!  Not only does the outside look awesome, but now the inside can too.  Making already yummy cupcakes bursting with even more flavor!

To use the pan you simply separate, clean, spray with cooking spray and than fill with you favorite batter.

I want to note you want to spray the top and bottom to make for easy separating later.
Also you want to use 3 tablespoons in the "bottom" part of the cupcake and 2 in the "top" part.
Oh and it is also normal for some batter to rise above the vent holes you simply scrape this off later.

Once you remove there will be a top and bottom.  The bottom looks like this
Until of course you fill it, then it will look like this!!!

Next you add your top half and finish with you icing.

Now what would a cupcake post be without a recipe??
I want to share with you the Peanut-Butter icing recipe my nanny shared with me

Peanut-Butter Icing
What you need:
5 tablespoons butter (soften)
1 1/2 cups PLUS 2 tablespoons of confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup of smooth peanut butter
2-5 tablespoons milk (Judge this for yourself you do not want you mix to become to wet so add them one at a time)

And the directions are as simple of mixing it all together!!

I also want to mention that chocolate peanut butte cupcakes are only one of many options for the Bake N Stuff Cupcake Pan!
You can make so many cupcake combinations and I even seen someone made cornbread muffins stuffed with chill!!

My hubby wants me to attempt some sort of roll stuffed with a cheese filling :)

Stay tuned I'm sure I will be posting the recipe.
