Homemade No Churn Cheesecake Ice Cream and Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream 


This is the perfect recipe for those hot summer days.  Not only is it delicious it is also easy to make.

What you need:


 1¾ Cups powdered sugar
 2 Cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup graduated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 package cream cheese
1 container cool whip
gram crackers

(You need strawberries for the strawberry cheesecake ice cream)

Directions:
You need 2 separate bowls in the first bowl mix
 1¾ Cups powdered sugar
 2 Cups heavy whipping cream
Continue to mix until soft stiff peaks form

In the 2nd bowl mix 
1 cup graduated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 package cream cheese
1 container cool whip
Mix until it is all well blended.

Now combine the two bowls.  It is easier to pour bowl one into bowl two.

Line your ice cream container with crushed gram crackers.  Then spoon ice cream on top.

Once it is full add more crushed crackers to the top.
Cover with aluminum foil and place in freezer for 5 hours or until froze.



NOW I had so much left over I made a 2nd flavor.  All I did was mix strawberries into my remaining batter and than top it off with sliced berries and crushed gram crackers.
