Ugly Benny DVD review

We have had quite a few rainy days in PA already this summer.  Even though it is great for my plants, my boys on the other hand hate being cooped up in the house all day.  I try to make it fun and get out board games and also let them play on the computer.
The thing is I need time to get my stuff done too.  So we started a "Rainy Day Movie Club."  We made a list of movies we can watch on rainy days.
The first on our list was a Despicable Me marathoner.  Yes we seen them both at least 10 times, but according to my kiddos we need to get ready for the Minion movie.

That was day one, as I said though we had quite a few rainy days.  So our next rainy day movie club movie was "Ugly Benny"

Ugly Benny, will be available on July 7th and is a super cute heartwarming story about an “ugly” puppy that befriends and inspires an entire town.
A fuzzy, frumpled, tiny ball of frazzled yarn with four paws and two sweet eyes peeking out, Benny certainly wasn't much to look at when he first arrived as a puppy on the doorstep of the pet store. Sam and Emma found him waiting there in a little box one morning, just staring up at them with those tiny, lovable little eyes, and to this day no one knows where he came from or who brought him there.
Benny reminds us to never judge a book by its cover though, because you can't help but instantly fall in love with this little pup.
Emma and Sam aren't sure what to make of this "Ugly" little pup that has been left on their pet shop door step.  Being frumpy doesn't stop Benny though, everyone is soon amazed how Benny easily becomes part of the little town.
And then he makes friends with a boy named Alex.  A little boy who really needs a friend like Benny.

This heart warming tale is something the entire family will love.  You can't help but love sweet Benny.
