Educational Insights

I was given products in this post to test and give my honest feedback.  All opinions are my own.

3:30am - "Mom we LOVE you.  Time to get up yet?"
Growling, tossing and a grunted no.
Stomping feet in the hall, followed by a whispered "Lets try dad in 20 minutes!"
3:32 am (They are still young 2 minutes feels like 20 to them) "Dad mom said it is time to get up!"  My hubby whines, gets out of bed lectures my kids on the importance of a good night sleep.  Tucks them back in and comes to tell me don't ever tell the kids it is okay to get him up at 3:32 AM again.
It is to early to argue so I just go back to bed.
4am "WE CAN'T SLEEP!  IF WE DON'T OPEN GIFTS NOW THE WORLD WILL END!"
'GO TO BED NOW OR I AM THROWING THEM ALL AWAY!!'
"MOM YOU ARE AN ANIMAL!!"
5am "Please, please get up we can't take it any more."
"One more hour boys, please for the love of all things holy let me have one more hour."
5:15 CRASH BAM BOOM!  "Mom the house is falling apart you and dad better get up fast."
My hubby and I admit defeat, roll out of bed, crawl to the living room and get ready for the unwrapping to begin.  After a few minutes we get into the cheer too (Even if we are exhausted!)

I can't even complain because I did this same stuff to my parents.  I couldn't wait to get out into the living room and see all the goodies Santa brought me.
We would all ooohhh and awww as the gifts were revealed.  This year if you want to get the ultimate ooohhing and awwwing you should check out Educational Insights!
The best part about Educational Insights products is not only are they fun the are also Educational!  Meaning kids can play and learn at the same time.
I was sent two items for review:

The Big Idea:

It’s a showdown in a bowl!
Grab a spoon and watch as it magically changes color. Then, dig into the cereal-serving bowl and scoop up pieces of that color. Cross your fingers for a color flash free-for-all and collect two pieces at a time. During this all-play game, quickly collect the most cereal pieces to win!

This game is perfect for two players!  It is pretty fast paced, it took about 5 minutes to play.  This game promote color learning, hand eye coordination and also motor skills.  It was fun seeing my boys race to try and get the most pieces!!

For Quinn's B-day he got a science set and ADORED it!  We made slime, indoor snow and some really cool colored fizz water.  My little man couldn't get over all the things he made and he devolved a fast love of science.
This was a one time kit, I wanted something that he could play with over and over again and the GeoSafari Jr. Jungle Crew Lab Set fit does just that!  It can be played over and over again and lets kids experiment like never before.  The cute animal theme tools are perfect for little hands.
All the ingredients needed can be found right at home (Or the yard)

I know the holidays aren't just about the gifts, but who can deny that seeing a little ones face light up isn't magical?
Educational Insights gets that and wants to provide our kids with toys that they will love for years to come!
The two items I reviewed are only two of the many things being offered this holiday season!
