Welcome to the 2015 Simply Me Holiday Gift guide! The holidays should be fun. At times finding the perfect gift, great deals, decorating and recipes can be overwhelming. The Simply Me Blog wants to put the fun back into the Holidays so over the next several weeks I will be posting great gifts for everyone, decorating tips, recipes and everything in-between!

We all have our traditions. As a kid I never realized all the special little things my mum did to make the holidays special.
As the mom of two little boys I realize now just how important these little things are. It makes me smile each year when my boys ask what holiday CD we are going to listen to as we decorate. Or when Brandon Jr gets the box of hot chocolate out of the cabinet for our first holiday movie marthone. When our town has its annual Christmas tree lighting, both boys know to get their ugly holiday sweaters!
One of my favorites though is each year I let them get a new holiday ornament!
First off it is fun to see which one they will pick. The other great thing about this is as we are decorating our tree we go through the old ornaments and remember what year we got them and why my boys picked that particular ornament.
It is fun and has become one of my favorite traditions.
This year my boys got a huge surprise when I See Me! sent them each an ornament with their photo on it and their name. An ornament that was made just for them.
You can also add the year if you want.
They are so cute and brought lots of holiday joy to my boys, the front has their photo and the back has a cute holiday themed photo!

So far I was pretty impressed with what I See Me! had for the holidays but they weren't done yet. They also have personalize placemats.
These could be cute for any number of things! Such as a craft mat for doing holiday crafts or a food placemat to eat your holiday feast.
My boys and I though are going to start a brand new tradition with ours. Every year we make 3-4 different kinds of cookies. Then the boys each get a glass of milk and a plate to leave out their own plates for Santa. This year we are so going to put their cups and plates on the placemats.
Brandon Jr said this way Santa will know which one of them made each plate up.
