Whimzees Dog Chew treats

I was given products in this post to test and give my honest feedback.  All opinions are my own.
Welcome to the 2015 Simply Me Holiday Gift guide!  The holidays should be fun.  At times finding the perfect gift, great deals, decorating and recipes can be overwhelming.  The Simply Me Blog wants to put the fun back into the Holidays so over the next several weeks I will be posting great gifts for everyone, decorating tips, recipes and everything in-between!

Who ever said only people can celebrate the holidays?  Before I had kiddos I lived at my parents house with Lucy and Rocky (They have both sadly passed)  I remember though I would spend at least $100 on my pups for the holidays.  Rocky's gifts even got wrapped, he use to dig the paper off his gifts like a little boy :).
Things have changed quite a bit over the years and Rocky and Lucy are no longer with me.
I do have Emma and Rufus though and even though my budget doesn't allow me to spend $100 on them I still get them each a few gifts for Christmas.
This year they are going to find Whimzees under the tree.
Whimzees is a vegetarian, gluten free, all natural dog treat.
We were sent the Hedgehogs (Which are so cute!).

As dogs chew it helps to remove plaque and tartar from their teeth.  Emma has so many teeth issues and even had to have 3 removed!  It is so important for us to keep up on her dental health and Whimzees make it easier.

Plus it keeps them busy, some days Rufus is a little ball of energy.  It is fine most of the time, but like everyone else I need a few moments of peace once in awhile.  So now I just hand him a Hedgehog Whimzee!  He chews away and I get those precious silent moments I need!
I think the Hedgehog is about 3 inches, so perfect size for my beagle and puggle.  I would give them to smaller dogs, I think they would have a hard time with them.  Also I would be careful with larger dogs (Great danes, ect) I could see them swallowing it in one gulp.
