They are dry, cracked and look dull. These are my Winter lips. Conditioning, exfoliating and using balm on them do help a lot! I like to mess around with new products to see which work the best and I just found VENeffect’s Lip Treatment

Okay that is a whole lot of words. Let me tell you how it work for me. It had the absolute lightest of citrus scent. I could barely smell it, which is perfect for me. I hate harsh smells so having a faint citrus smell is perfect. The color looks like butter cream, but it goes on clear. The second it touched my lips I could feel instant softness! I'm not being over the top either, as I type this review I keep rubbing my lips together because I cant get over how soft they feel.
It isn't greasy and it rubs in perfectly. I just get a real tiny bit on the tip of my finger and apply it. There is no taste at all, there is no sort of weird stinging either.
Just pure softness!
I honestly wish I could say something bad, because I know someone is say this is to good to be true. But it isn't this is just one of those products that I have nothing bad to say.
So now my lips feel healthy and look good. I want to add a little boldness to them. That is where MILANI lip color comes in!
