Premium Quality Non-Slip Open-Cell Natural Rubber Yoga Mat
Every Saturday I get myself out of bed super early so I can be at Yoga by 830. For me Yoga is the best way to calm down after a hectic week. I stretch out my stiff muscles as I listen to soothing music. Our instructor always dims the lights so it is peaceful and the last 15 minutes when we do cool down Yoga are my favorite. I look forward to this time!!
In order for Yoga to be peaceful for me a lot rides on the mat I use!! That is why I LOVE this one!
The tree rubber make it nonslide, so no matter what this mat is staying in place! As are my feet, you have no clue how many times I slipped on my old mat. This material give me great balance. I am able to focus more on the stretch instead of my feet. Also it doesn't bunch up, I don't need to pause in the middle of class to rearrange my mat
Next I love how comfortable it is, as I said those last 15 cool down easy stretches are my favorite, I like that i can lay on the mat and just relax! I don't feel the cold hard floor beneath me. Plus the mat is longer and wider then my old one, meaning it can accommodate all of me!! Even with my toes stretched as far as they can go!!
And did I mention the bright bold colors! Not that it really matter, but it does feel pretty good to be doing Yoga on a stylish mat!!
My only wish for the mat is that it had a strap of some sort to carry it on my shoulder. I have to walk down a flight of steps with my water bottle, mat, towel and purse. It would be nice to have a free hand. This isn't a big issue though, my hubby is going to put something together for me!!
