Being a stay at home mom may just be the best job ever.  Yes it involves a lot of nose wiping, cleaning, cooking, errand running, cleaning the same area again....  and then again and oh yeah again, laundry, dishes, taking the kids to practice, volunteering for school events and did I mention cleaning?
It also involves spending lots of one on one time with my boys.  Teaching them about all the amazing things the world has to offer, showing them love, kindness and understand.  I get to spend most of my day with my 2 favorite people <3

I do have to clean, cook and get all the other household chores done.  So once a day they get free TV time.  Now we have a smart TV, meaning we can go on the internet right from our TV.  One day Brandon Jr asked if he could use the youtube to show Quinn some songs they heard at school.
I said sure fine go ahead, minutes later I heard an ABC song come one and both of my boys smiling and having a blast.  I took my laundry back the hall to fold it and put it away.  30 minutes later I come out to some creepy voice saying some very bad words and talking about killing someone!  My heart drops I dash into the living room and both of my boys have their jaws on the floor!  It was some sort of creepy cartoon that looked like it would be for kids, but trust me it was NOT!  I couldn't even yell at them for clicking it, it really did look like a cartoon.  After a round of hugs and kisses we talked about internet safety and to never click anything until I looked at it first.
At this point I turned off youtube and stuck on Nickelodeon, a channel I could trust with my kiddos.
And those looks of shock and fear melted away as they laughed along with their cartoon buddies.
Nickelodeon is my go to channel they offer good quality shows for kids.
And soon they are going to be offering a great DVD collection that helps kiddos with Science, Tech, engineering and math. And the best part is they get to learn all this with the best buddies!!
