Precious Moments

I was given products in this post for the purpose of review.  I was not paid in anyway to write this review.  All opinions are my own
As a little girl I use to love looking at my mom's Precious Moments Figures.  I remember they were all beautifully done and my mom had a story for each of them.  I remember looking through them and taking one over to her and asking her to tell me its story.  When she finished I would carefully put it back grab the next one and ask for its story.  One day I went to pick up my boys and I walked in on them doing the same.  Handing her a little figure and asking for its story.  I wanted to cry (out of joy) instead I started my own collection so that I could start my own Precious Moments, Precious stories with my boys.
We have a few and the latest to my collections is:

Be Ye As Little Children’ Limited Edition Bisque Porcelain Figurine

Website exclusive, limited to 1,000 pieces worldwide, this stunning sculpture captures the sentiment that Jesus expressed about the blessed innocence of children when He said to His disciples, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” –Mark 10:13.

Your loved ones will be encouraged to remember that child-like devotion to our Heavenly Father is the path to an eternity in Heaven, and at the same time, their children will be inspired by the timeless message about God’s eternal and abiding love for them. Makes a wonderful religious gift for Christmas, Easter, housewarmings or religious occasions like baptisms, First Holy Communions and confirmations. Just beautiful as a gift for any family with children or faithful friends who appreciate Christian home décor.

Meticulously sculpted in bisque porcelain and expertly hand painted Approximately 7.5H x 7W x 6.5D inches

As with all Precious Moments figures this one is stunningly beautiful.  My boys always ask me for the story behind my figures, but this one was pretty self explanatory.  This showed us Jesus's love and that we should love him back without reservation.  You see my boys and I attend Church and Sunday School every Sunday.  Several times a year (over the winter months) my Church does a kidz club and womens Bible study.  We also attend those, we go to VBS, we are always going to Church functions.  This weekend I am going to a retreat with the other ladies of our Church.  We see our Church family more than we see aunts and uncles.  We each have our own Bible, we have a family Bible, we have devotionals.  My boys even have prayer journals.  My boys have a very close relationship with God.  So normally when I get a new Precious Moments Figure I tell my kids the story behind it....  That wasn't the case with this one.  My boys took it and instantly put it on the shelf with our Bibles, no words were needed.  The huge smiles on both of their faces was enough.

Precious Moments is celebrating its 40th Anniversary with beautiful new porcelain figurines, featuring its iconic teardrop-eyed children. Just in time for Easter, Confirmation and First Communion season, these figurines make the perfect gift!
