Wise Guys: Unlocking Hidden Wisdom from the Men Around You by Kent Evans

Sometimes when we are traveling I tell my hubby to stop and ask for directions.  This normally gets me the look of death and some sort of caveman grunt.  In other words "I am man, you no tell man what to do.  Man already knows!"  (Again we are going with the caveman talking here)
Now if my hubby and his friends were in the car and someone said, "Hey man stop and get directions."  That would be meant with laughing and compiling.  I guess they must say it in a more acceptable way.  That is why I like this book it speaks man.  Lol if that is a thing, but a few times I seen my hubby laughing and smiling as he read.  No it does't give him road directions, but it does give him life advice.  And he told me it is in a non nagging way.  I wasn't sure what he was trying to hint at.... ;)
 About the book:

For guys, more than ever, it s a confusing world. Your GPS doesn t offer any maps showing how to get to the point of wisdom -- and who likes asking for directions anyway? But there are ways to get that guidance you need. The answers may be all around you, in the form of guys you already know. Wise guys. More experienced guys. Better-traveled guys. Could there be ways to tap into their invaluable knowledge without enduring dull lectures or taking pages of notes? Kent Evans has surrounded himself with these wise guys. They have shown him all the back roads on the way to wisdom. With a great deal of humor and an endless supply of stories, he wants to show you how to gather life-enriching truth from the guys in your own circle.
