Stubb's BBQ TAKING GRILLING FROM ORDINARY TO EXTRAORDINARY

My hubby likes to grill and I like not having to make dinner.  I am in charge or grocery shopping, so every week I load my cart up with stuff for the grill.  My hubby thinks we all just LOVE his food (which we do) but the truth is I love not having to cook as much.  It is win win for everyone!

In my personal opinion though the brands he uses it what makes all the difference.   Through trial and error we figured out which ones taste good and which ones to avoid.

Stubb's just happens to be at the top of the list or must have grilling essentials!  With the 4th of July right around the corner we wanted to try something completely new on our grill and I think we found a winner with Authentic, delicious brisket recipes straight from Stubb’s Legendary Bar-B-Q.  I have a feeling it will make for a memorable cookout with family and friends this Fourth of July.

Brisket Walking Nachos 




Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 4 minutes

Ingredients:
·         12 bags (1 ounce each) waffle-cut, rippled or kettle style cooked potato chips
·         3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
·         2 pounds shredded Stubb’s BBQ Brisket, divided
·         ¾ cup Stubb’s® Original Bar-B-Q Sauce, divided
·         ¾ cup Pico de Gallo, divided
·         ¾ cup prepared guacamole, divided

Instructions:
Place 1 opened bag of chips in a small disposable paper food tray. Top with ¼ cup cheese. Microwave on high 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
Top cheese with ¼ cup shredded brisket, 1 tablespoon Bar-B-Q Sauce, 1 tablespoon Pico de Gallo and 1 tablespoon guacamole. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Makes 12 servings.
