The kids are back in school and summer is starting to wind down. And even though in the literal sense the dog days of summer and most likely passed, but in my house they only just got started..... Yes I know that is confusing so let me explain. When my kids are home they get most of my attention and we are always running from one summer adventure to the next when I have off work. Now that they are in school I enjoy my days off by laying on the couch and reading books, trying new recipes in the kitchen, taking long bubble baths or even just "enjoyable" walks where I don't need to run to keep up with their scooter or bike. And guess what, during these school months my pups get all my attention! They get to cuddle with me on the couch, like the bowl when I am trying new recipes, lay next to my tubby as I relax and they finally get to go on walks with me again! These are the dog days of summer in my home :)
To help us enjoy them even more I was provided several items to test out and see how my pups liked them.

Okay so now only to Loki's favorite, he is the baby. This December he will be 2 and even though he ADORES my kids, I can tell that during the summer he feels a bit left out. They get most of the attention I normally give him. To make it up to Loki I keep he well supplied with toys! One of my favorite places to get dog toys is goDog. The reason being my pup is rough on his toys and goDog seems to be able to upstand he rough play more then other toys on the market!
