My family likes playing video games.  My son got Mortal Kombat and we like to set up double elimination brackets.  With the Winter months coming up we do this type of stuff more often.

We are always on the lookout for more games and I think we just found a new favorite with RiME
A land of discovery stretches out before you. Explore the beautiful, yet rugged, world of RiME, a single-player puzzle adventure game. In RiME, you play as a young boy who has awakened on a mysterious island after a shipwreck. You see wild animals, long-forgotten ruins and a massive tower that beckons you to come closer.  Armed with your wits and a will to overcome—and the guidance of a helpful fox—you must explore the enigmatic island and unlock its closely guarded secrets.

So this is a game we can play together even though it is single player.  What we do is play 15 minutes each, and when one of us is playing the other 2 are cheering them on.  And in this game helping them to solve puzzles, ect

So this is a few things I liked, the puzzles are easy, it is a pretty relaxing game.  I like that you can wander and just collect things as you wish. As the game play goes on it does get a bit more challenging, but not to much.  The game is short, I think if we had a rainy weekend my boys and I could finish it in one sitting.  So that could either be a pro or con.  Depending on the person playing if they are looking for something long or if they are just looking for something to do for a few hours.
The graphics and music are pretty neat.

I highly suggest this game for player of any age.
