My little sister is going to be coming to my house on Saturday and we will spend the entire day baking!  We bake cookies, pie, cheesecakes and everything else to make Christmas a dessert Heaven.  We have the cookies we make every year, but we also have our "newbies"  this is cookies (or desserts) that we are trying for the first time.  If everyone likes them we add them to our Christmas list for the following year.

This year thanks to Nocciolata From Rigoni Di Asiago we now have all new ingredients to work with!
Never heard of them!?  Well you are missing out!

I have been eating their NOCCIOLATA nonstop since it arrived!!  It taste good on toast, crackers and even pretzels.  And I just found a whole new way to eat it!  In the middle of thumb print cookies!!

Never had a thumb print cookie, well it is super easy to make.  You go to your local grocery store and get premade sugar cookies (I say premade because the texture is always a bit easier to work with)  Then you but them on your baking sheet.  Before the go into your over though you want to use your though to make a well in the middle.  Bake as directed.  When the come out I put a spoonful or Nocciolata in the middle.  Put them in the fridge to cool and tada!  Amazing, super taste, super easy to make holiday cookies!
