As some of you may know I work in a school with special need kiddos. I love going into my job and having out with some of my favorite little people. When the world shut down and I had to step up and become a home schooling mom to my own boys I thought this is going to be easy. I thought I have so much experience in the classroom, I got this. I was wrong, I was so so wrong. My boys did not transition well, they thought that because we were at home they could watch tv or play as they worked. They thought lunch was a never ending supply of food and whenever I had to take care of something outside they insisted on helping. You know the two kids I normally have to order to help out around the house. Not to mention country internet is the worst and did you know math is no longer math? It is now this sick form torture lol
This mama is so happy the school year is over, kudos to all you home schooling moms for what you do year round.
The last 2+ months took a lot of out me mentally. I'm not going to lie I crawled into bed each night dreading the next day. But the next day did come and with it I felt a whole new round of headaches. This mom needed a break and a little pick me up at the end of the day! Something to relieved my frazzled nerves.

Directions: Steep one round teaspoon in hot water for at least 5 minutes, prior to bedtime.

Arnica Bath Soak: epsom salt, celtic sea salt, himalayan salt, sodium bicarbonate, olive oil, arnica extract, lemon oil, lime oil, eucalyptus oil, fir oil, peppermint oil, rosemary oil Directions: Add two generous handfuls to warm running bathwater. Soak for at least 20 minutes to gain all the sleep and relaxation benefits. Dress warmly post bath and allow yourself to continue to sweat, and detoxify. Drink lots of water to continue the detoxification process.

I honestly looked forward to my bedtime ritual. These products had the perfect combination of herbs to relax my mind and help me drift off to a peaceful sleep. I also love that none of the scents were to strong. Sometimes when something smells over the top it bothers me more then it relaxes me. I also love that a little goes a long way. Just a dap of the balm was enough to cover a large area. And I have been drinking the tea daily and still have a lot left over.
