It has officially happened.... I no longer have any kiddos in the Elementary school :( My youngest went to middle school this year and my oldest went to high school. No more class parties, no more show n tell, no more PJ days.... I feel like all the fun ends when they leave the elementary school. The only silver lining is now my boys are showing a bit more interest in clothing and shoes. I don't want to brag, but I'm kind of a shopping expert. My hubby has another word for it, but we will go with expert. Now I'm still not allowed to touch their hair, but they will let me help pick out clothing.
My youngest son is in that growth spurt that seems to hit all kids his age. I swear he goes up a shoe size every 6 months. We have been trying to find him affordable shoes, that are also durable. I have a nephew who gets all his hand me downs, so we try to shop with that in mind. And yes of course Quinn is my son in every sport imaginable, so not only do we need shoes for school we need soccer cleats, baseball cleats and basketball shoes every year as well. Not to mention summer shoes and a pair to wear when he plans to get dirty outside.
Lugz is my absolute favorite brand for stylish shoes that last. And honestly, I love their prices. They have something for men, women and kiddos. And no matter your style they are sure to have something for you.
Quinn recently was on their website and after an hour of looking picked a pair of shoes. I thought they were epic and asked what made him choose those.... His answer was they are Penn State colors. So yes, we may be getting more stylish, but we still tend to use boy logic.

I like that these can be worn with almost anything. Sweatpants, jeans and even khakis. He is excited he gets to wear them at Christmas this year, instead of the "pinch" shoes. Now we did get them in Navy in White, but they also come in several other color options. As always Lugz shoes are made to last, so I like that they not only look good, but are also durable. Now if Lugz would just start making cleats I could do all my shoe shopping in one place!!!
