Pretzel Crisp review

Pretzel Crisps's catch phrase is Rethink Your Pretzel
After I had my first taste I understand why!

Before I do my review I will tell you a bit about the products:
~ 0G Trans Fat
~ 0g Saturated Fat
~0mg Cholesterol
~ And only 110 Calories!!!
~ Lots of flavors to choose from
~ Resealable bags.
~  And to top it off they are a company you can trust.  The Wilson family has been in the food industry since the 1970's!

This all looks good with food though the big question always is.... But how does it taste?
It taste AMAZING!
Pretzel Crisps have so many different flavors it hard to choose a favorite.
Also they are so versatile, you can put almost anything on  Pretzel Crisps!

I was sent 7 flavor to try my favorites were Original and Garlic Parmesan.  My hubby loved the spicier ones Chipotle Cheddar and the Buffalo Wing.  We did like the other ones these were just are favorite.

Not only do they have so many great flavors you can do a lot with Pretzel Crisps too!

I will show you and tell you a few of the things my family did.

We tried them a few different ways!  Turkey and cheese, cream cheese and fruit, chicken and cheese, just cheese, and honey mustard.  We were amazed  each time with the taste!   A few other things we tried was peanut butter, my husband tried every fruit you can think of with cream cheese.  Also he put blue cheese on the Buffalo Wing Pretzel Crisps, and he loved it he said it was like eating a hot wing.  My 4 year old also liked putting chocolate on his and marshmallows.  They are just so versatile the possibilities are limitless!

They are great for a quick snack, on the go, or to put out for a party.  They are healthy and they taste good!  They really do make you Rethink Your Pretzel!!

Kids haircuts!

Haircuts

Love them or hate them?

My oldest is now 4 years old and right now loves going to get his haircut.....  But that was not always the case.  When he was younger he hated it!  He would cry before, cry during, and sometimes cry after it!!  Taking him for a haircut was so stressful!  After a few trips like this I decided something had to change....  There had to be a way for me to get him not to be so scared.  After a few trial and errors attempts we finally found a way to make a haircut a happy occasion!   Here are a few things that worked for us:

1)I started taking him with me to get my haircut, I think letting him watch me get my hair done eased his stress.  I also ask my hair dresser to start cutting his hair too.  He seemed to like her.  This did ease some of his stress.  And as of right now I take both my sons and we all get our haircut the same day.
2) My son would get himself so worked up over getting his haircut that he was upset before we even left the house.....
Make this time fun time!  I started taking before photos of my son so that afterwards we could take after photos and compare them!  He loved this idea so much that he forgot he was upset.  Here is our latest set of before and after photos.

Super Special Won't you be my Friend post!!!

Super special Won't you be my friend post!!

and a call for help!

Some of the pups were adopted!!!

Charlie and Darcy both were adopted!!!

I'm so happy these 2 pups found homes!  I wrote to Hill Side to check up on them, because they were no longer on the adoption website and I was so excited when they wrote back and told me they were adopted!!!  I'm not sure if my post helped at all, but it is still so exciting to know that 2 pups I posted about found homes :)

A call for help!

Also when Hillside wrote me back they told me that recently a cruelty case was received and brought in 15 dogs!!  15 dogs that  can't be adopted  until the case is over.....  With 15 new dogs they have become over crowded and really could use some help right now with adoptions!
I was asked to express that right now they really need adoptions!  So this is my call for help.  Please share my Won't you be my friend tab http://www.savannahmiller1987.blogspot.com/p/wont-you-be-my-friend.html

Won't you be my Friend?

Won't you be my Friend?

Tonight adoptable pet.

~ Always for you Rocky, I love you! ~
This was my shelter dog.  Won't you be my friend is dedicated to his memory.

Remember a dog is a life time responsibility.  They need love and care.  Adopting or deciding to be a pet owner is not a decision you should make lightly.  But if you are ready for a pet and ready to take that step in making a life long friend who will always love you even if your having a really bad hair day or if you clothes don't match, a friend who will get excited just because you are home even if you only been gone for 5 minutes, a friend who will sleep at your feet at night and not care if you snore,  a friend who will eat your burnt dinner and act as if it taste amazing, a friend who will love you just because your you....  If you are ready for that friend Then please consider adopting.

I hope to keep posting won't you be my friend every Friday.
Here is this weeks adoptable pup.

Lazy Days of Summer Giveaway Hop

The Lazy Days of Summer Giveaway hop is being hosted by I am a reader, not a writer and Colorimetry.

I'm Super excited to be taking part of this giveaway!  I'm sure all my followers know by now I LOVE reading.  For any new followers you will soon figure it out :)!  The only problem I have with doing a giveaway is I can never pick a prize!  With so many amazing books out there how do you narrow it down to 1!  After a long debate I did pick one book I think everyone and anyone will enjoy.
How Miss Rutherford Got Her Groove Back
I read this book back in March and loved it!  Here is a link to the review I wrote: http://www.savannahmiller1987.blogspot.com/2012/03/review-for-how-miss-rutherford-got-her.html
It can also be found on goodreads: http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/292624734

Just in case you don't like clicking links :)  I will copy and paste my review here in this post!
Sophie Barnes's first published work and I think she got it, if you are a fan of Julia Quinn's work I think you will enjoy this book. The book starts off with Emily Rutherford and her sisters struggling because of the death of their parents. Their only hope is for Emily to marry her childhood crush..... but it turns out he is marring her best friend. Lucky Francis saves the day and offers to help both Emily and her sisters. Slowly she starts to realize what she really wants and you get to watch both her and Francis grow and become better people. But Francis's dark past may just ruin the day after all.Francis shut everyone out a long time ago but for some reason watching Emily suffer is something he just can't stand. Slowly he realizes that he wants her forever but will his past let that happen.
I hope to see more work by Sophie Barnes!

Product review. The Art fool dodger shop.

I'm sure by now you all know I've lost my Rocky this on January 12, 2012.  I miss him every single day.

Recently I contacted a man about doing a product review for Pet Grave markers.  After several emails I was very touched by his kindness and was amazed at how great he was to work with.  I'm always happy to be able to talk with shop owners and find out more about them.  The owner of the artfooldodger
is so nice!  He gave his condolence several times on my pet loss and was so kind with helping me honor my Rocky.

My Review

Losing a pet is always heart wrenching.  To have a companion that gives you unconditional  love to be suddenly taken from you life is a very heart breaking ordeal!  How do you honor them in death?  How do you put into words or actions how much this lost love one meant to you?  Recently I found a shop that has an amazing product, the shop sells pet grave markers!

The plaque is made out of Italian Porcelain Tile and the engraving is sand blasted in there so it will never fade!  The owner is also from PA just like me and he told me his stones can stand our ever changing PA weather.  So the stones are durable, they can take the cold and the heat.
I placed my marker on Rocky's grave and was so amazed at how right it felt to honor him in this way.  No words or actions will ever fully express how much I miss my Rocky, but I was so happy to be able to place a marker on his grave and let anyone who may happen to walk by see it, know that a beloved pet lies there.
It reads:
Rocky
2005- Jan 12, 2012
If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever.

I placed it by the red maple tree I planted at his grave.

I would like to thank Joe again for his kindness.
If any of you would like to know more about where to buy these pet markers I will leave the links below.

Disclaimer:  I contacted the owner of this shop and asked if I could receive a product for the purpose of reviewing.  All opinions are my own.

Cynthia Eden

Cynthia Eden

Deadly Series

Cynthia Eden is a favorite author of mine.  She writes paranormal and suspense romance.  Today I'm going to tell you about her suspense books the Deadly Series.
Deadly Fear
Deadly Heat
Deadly Lies
Each is based around a serial killer and takes you through twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat unable to stop reading.  I remember the first book Deadly Fear I was so tempted to flip to the end of the book and see how it ended....  I didn't but I really really wanted too!!!
In Deadly Fear FBI Special Agent Monica Davenport is a serial killer profiler.  What she does is get into the mind of the serial killer and try to figure out their next move before they do it.  Can Monica think like a killer and keep her sanity?  And what made her so good at her job, how do you think like a killer?  She has kept her distance from the world to protect these secrets, until Luke Dante.  Where Monica thinks like a killer Luke connects with the victims together they make a perfect team.  But Luke wants more, can Monica give it too him?  Or will her walls destroy them both?  Working together they try to stop a killer who uses your greatest fears to kill you.  What happens when your past comes back, what happens when your presented with your greatest fear?
In Deadly Heat Kenton who we got to meet in Deadly Fear comes back and is now working cases.  Kenton gets trapped in a deadly fire and is only rescued when a heroic fire fighter pulls him out....  A fire fighter who also happens to be a woman.  Lora Spade lost her lover 6 month earlier in a fire, she thought they fire seemed suspicious and called in the FBI.  When she rescues Kenton from the blaze she is shocked by the attraction she feels towards him.  Together they try to catch a killer who is purposely starting fires, including the fire that took her lovers life.  But what if its one of the good guys starting the fire?  What if your trusting all the wrong people?  Can Lora and Kenton's attraction survive the fire or will it go up in flames.
In Deadly Lies FBI Special Agent Samantha Kennedy is haunted by the memories of what happened to her in the book Deadly Fear.  To keep her self sane she becomes a different person and meets a handsome stranger, and for one night lets go of her fear.  She just gets to be Samantha and not the FBI agent who was abducted and tortured.  Max Ridgeway AKA handsome stranger wants more then one night.  He wants the girl who slipped so easily from his life.  When next they meet neither one can deny the attraction....  That is until Max's brother goes missing.  And suddenly Max doesn't know how to handle the fact that Samantha is an FBI agent and may be his brothers only chance......  But what happens when the lies become to much?  And you no longer know who you can trust.  What happens when the truth becomes a lie?

I gave you the outline of each book.  I love these books!!  Sadly I borrowed them from my library when I read them so I don't have them to offer for a giveaway!
The only thing I can say bad about these books is your going to lose sleep!!!  LOL  1) from not being able to put it down and 2) from staying up late to Analysis everything :)!!!
Cynthia Eden is an amazing author, I plan on writing more about her in the future!
If you would like to see more about her books check out her website here: http://www.cynthiaeden.com/
